• This policy applies to all subscription plans (weekly, monthly, annual) and one-time purchases
• Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases involving verified technical errors that prevented access to paid features, at OhaTech's sole discretion
• Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not available

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to digital content and services, and you waive any right to a refund except as explicitly stated above.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know:

• Cancellations can be made through your account settings or through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
• Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to have access to premium features until your subscription expires
• No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of your subscription after cancellation
• After your subscription expires, your account will revert to the free tier with limited features
• You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to premium features

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding six (6) months. Claims must be made within one (1) year of the cause. OhaTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

GOVERNING LAW

These TOU are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these TOU shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
